The printer which is a canon mp250 pixma prints fine but wont scan, when go into the computer software it says can’t commuinicate with scanner cable possibly disconnected or scanner turned off check out standing, scanner driver will be closed.
So what does this indicate, it keeps going about around, the led light in display unit but it wont scan, the software program is picasa two that came with printer/flatbed scanner which is combined unit.
